Fratelli Lunardi Glazed Panettone is made with natural sourdough starter, raisins and Italian candied fruit. Its generous topping of Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, whole almonds and sugar crystals brings a delicious crunch to every soft, fragrant slice.

PANETTONE GLAZED - Baked leavened cake, only with sourdough yeast. Covered with hazelnut glaze, whole almonds and sugar grains.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, butter (milk), candied orange (Italian orange peel, glucose syrup and sugar), egg yolk, raisin, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour and water), acacia honey, candied citron (Italian citron peel, glucose syrup and sugar), salt, fresh orange peel, vanilla bean.
GLAZE: sugar (whose granulated sugar 3%), almonds (of which whole 5%), egg whites, maize starch, Piedmont hazelnuts GPI 1%, apricot kernel.
It may contain other nuts, peanuts, soya, mustard and sesame. Without preservatives and artificial colourings. Store in a cool and dry space.
