Baked leavened cake, only with sourdough yeast, without candied, covered with milk chocolate gianduja.
INGREDIENTS: chocolate 24% (cocoa mass, sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla), wheat flour, butter (milk), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour and water), italian honey, sea salt, fresh italian orange peel, vanilla bean.
COVER: Piedmont Hazelnuts GPI 30%, sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla bean.
It may contain nuts, pistachios, nuts, peanuts, mustard and sesame. Without preservatives and artificial colourings. Store in a cool and dry place.
