The classic almond-shaped colomba, rich in soft cubes of candied orange and glazed with Piedmont IGP hazelnut cream, granulated sugar and whole almonds.
Our Colomba is the classic one, naturally leavened with our almost-90-year-old sourdough starter!
We did it in the traditional way, with only fresh and high quality ingredients.
And the different is really clear, in the flavour, in the taste and in the digestibility.

Artisanal Colomba - Baked leavened cake, with sourdough yeast. Covered with hazelnut glaze, whole almonds and sugar grains
INGREDIENTS: Italian candied orange (orange peel, sugar and glucose syrup), wheat flour, butter (milk), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour and water), Italian honey, sea salt, fresh Italian orange peel, vanilla bean. COVER: sugar (whose granulated sugar 3%), Italian almonds (whose whole 5%), egg whites, maize starch, Piedmont Hazelnuts GPI 1%, apricot kernel.
It may contain nuts, pistachios, nuts, mustard, peanuts, sesame and soja. Without preservatives and artificial colourings. Store in a cool and dry place.
