Fratelli Lunardi Masso Golden Series is our richer, more indulgent interpretation of this wonderfully soft artisan sourdough cake.
We start with the Classic Masso recipe, made with natural sourdough starter and enriched with Italian candied orange, raisins, walnuts and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. Then we add a distinctly Tuscan ingredient: Vin Santo, with its unmistakable character.
The finishing touch is a generous milk chocolate gianduja coating made with Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, bringing an extra layer of indulgence to the soft, fragrant cake.
Rich in flavour and texture, and made without preservatives or artificial colours, this is a festive speciality for anyone who loves discovering something a little different.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, candied orange (Italian orange zest, glucose and sugar syrup), butter (MILK), raisins (SULPHITES), WALNUTS, sugar, egg yolks, IGP Piedmont HAZELNUTS, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), gianduia chocolate glaze (cocoa paste, sugar, IGP Piedmont HAZELNUTS, whole MILK powder, low-fat MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla) ,vin santo (SULPHITES), Italian honey, salt, natural vanilla. May contain other nuts, peanuts, sesame and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place. Free from preservatives and colourings.
