PANETTONE GLAZED - Baked leavened cake, with sourdough yeast. Covered with hazelnut glaze, whole almonds and sugar grains.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, butter (milk), Italian candied orange (orange peel, sugar and glucose syrup), egg yolk, raisin, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour and water), Italian honey, Italian candied lemon and citron in varying proportions (lemon and citron peel, glucose syrup and sugar), sea salt, fresh Italian orange peel, vanilla bean. COVER: sugar (whose granulated sugar 3%), Italian almonds (whose whole 5%), egg whites, maize starch, Piedmont Hazelnuts GPI 1%, apricot kernel.
