After our much-loved chocolate biscuits, we simply couldn't leave chocolate out of our Tuscan Cookies collection.
And so Cioccolalleri by Fratelli Lunardi were born: chocolate cookies made with Tuscan wheat flour, Tuscan eggs, cocoa, dark chocolate and salt from Volterra. An indulgent, intensely chocolatey recipe made without preservatives or artificial colours.
Our take on the classic chocolate cookie: instantly familiar at first bite, but with the Tuscan character we like to put into everything we make.

COOKIES - BISCUITS WITH CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS: Tuscan wheat flour, sugar, cocoa-based product in piece (sugar, vegetable fat - coconut, fat-reduced cocoa powder 15%, cocoa butter 3%, emulsifier: soya lecithin), Tuscan free-range egg, butter (milk), dark chocolate 4% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla), whole milk, low-fat cocoa powder, baking powder (corn starch, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate), Volterra salt, natural flavouring. May contain nut, peanut, sesame and mustard. Preservative- and colourant-free. Store in a cool, dry place.
