WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), candied wild berries in varying proportions (sour cherries, raspberries, blueberries, redcurrants, blackberries, strawberries, sugar, fructose-glucose syrup, lemon juice, sour cherry juice, elderberry juice, citric acid, potassium sorbate), EGG yolk, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), Italian honey, salt, fresh Italian orange peel, vanilla beans.
Surface glaze: sugar, PGI Piedmont HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, EGG white, corn starch, fruit jam (wild berries, sugar, glucose, pectin, citric acid).
May contain nuts, peanuts, sesame, sulphites, mustard and soy.
