Fratelli Lunardi Ramerini are inspired by one of Tuscany's most distinctive traditional flavours: pan di ramerino, the sweet rosemary bread enriched with raisins that has always been part of our family's food memories.
We took that unmistakable combination of sweetness and fragrant herbs and turned it into a Tuscan cookie with raisins and rosemary. Each recipe contains a generous 33% raisins, together with Tuscan wheat flour, Tuscan eggs, rosemary and salt from Volterra. An unmistakably Tuscan recipe, made without preservatives or artificial colours.
The result? A wonderfully fragrant and original cookie: sweet at first bite, beautifully aromatic the next.
Distinguishing feature? It tastes of Tuscany before you even take the first bite.

COOKIES - BISCUITS WITH RAISIN AND ROSEMARY
INGREDIENTS: raisin (sulfites) 33%, Tuscan wheat flour, sugar, Tuscan free-range egg, butter (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder (corn starch, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), dried rosemary 0.8%, Volterra salt, ammonium bicarbonate, natural flavouring. May contain nut, peanut, sesame, soya and mustard. Preservative- and colourant-free. Store in a cool, dry place.
